The 90-Day Promise

We give you a full 90 days to see real changes in your dog. That's plenty of time to watch your pup's energy come back, their vitality return, and that little spark in their eyes light up again.

Because taurine works gradually as it builds up in your dog's system, we recommend giving it a fair shot, at least 45 days of daily use, before deciding. That's the sweet spot where most dog owners start noticing the changes that made them subscribe.

If after that you're not seeing the results you hoped for, just reach out. Our small Texas team will personally take care of you.

Changed Your Mind Before Opening?

If your tub is still sealed and you'd like to return it, no problem. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions.

We just ask that the tub be unopened and in its original packaging so we can give it a good home. Please email us first at support@doggysupps.com before shipping anything back so we can make sure your return is processed smoothly.

A Note About Free Gifts

We love giving our DoggySupps family free gifts and bonus items. Those promotional add-ons are our way of saying thank you, and they're yours to keep. They can't be refunded separately, but if you return the main tub that came with them, just pop the free items back in the box too.

Same goes for special discounted offers at checkout. Those one-time deals are final, but only because we've already discounted them as deeply as we possibly can.

Subscription Customers

If you subscribe to DoggySupps, you're in full control. You can skip, pause, or cancel any shipment anytime from your account in two clicks. No phone calls, no pressure.

Our 90-Day Promise applies to your first order, and from there, your subscription gives you the flexibility to adjust whenever life changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are paid directly to our carriers and aren't refundable, but if your order ever arrives damaged or incorrect, just email us a quick photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a brand new tub right away at no cost to you.

When Will I See My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it, so give it up to 15 business days before checking in.
