Subscription Policy

At DoggySupps, we want to make managing your dog’s wellness as simple as possible. When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery automatically.


1. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You have full control over your recurring orders. You can skip a shipment, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time using the following steps:

  1. Visit our Website: Go to DoggySupps.com.

  2. Locate Management Link: In the top navigation bar, click on "Subscription Management."

  3. Log In: Enter your credentials to access your secure customer portal.

  4. Edit or Cancel: Locate your active subscription and select "Cancel Subscription" (or make any desired adjustments).

  5. Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirming your cancellation.

Pro Tip: You can also find a direct "Manage Subscription" link in every order confirmation and renewal notification email we send you.


2. Subscription Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a DoggySupps subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  • Recurring Billing: You authorize DoggySupps to charge your stored payment method for recurring charges (at the then-current rate) until you cancel.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

  • No Refunds for Processed Orders: Once a renewal order has been processed and a charge has been generated, the sale is final. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has entered our fulfillment queue. Cancellations made after a charge is processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

  • Responsibility to Manage: It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription settings. DoggySupps provides the portal and email links to ensure you can do this easily at any time.


3. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving all billing inquiries fairly. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to contact DoggySupps support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

In the event of a chargeback filed for a valid subscription renewal that was not cancelled within the 24-hour required timeframe, we will submit this policy, your IP address, and your billing history to your financial institution as evidence of the agreement.
