At DoggySupps, we want to make managing your subscription as easy as possible. You have full control over your recurring orders and can cancel at any time.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription through our self-service Customer Portal:

Log In: Visit our website and log into your customer account.

Manage Subscriptions: Once logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

Cancel: Locate the active subscription you wish to end and select "Cancel Subscription."

Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
Important Cancellation Terms

No Hidden Fees: There are no fees to cancel your subscription.

Cut-off Time: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Already Processed Orders: If a cancellation is made after an order has already been processed and a tracking number has been generated, that specific order cannot be cancelled or refunded mid-transit. Your cancellation will apply to all future recurring charges.

Alternative Options: If you just have too much product, you can also use the portal to "Skip" your next delivery or "Pause" your subscription instead of cancelling entirely.
